Best subs and soups in the North Greenbush area. Sausalito turkey is my favorite! This place is always clean and everyone is so nice! Always will be back!

The Roasted Red Pepper is a deli-style store that features a coffee station and tables and chairs so that you can eat in or take out. I love their giant deli-style pickles and their homemade broccoli salad. Each day, they feature two or three hot soups; their cream of mushroom soup is delicious with generous-sized pieces of mushroom throughout. They offer other homemade salads, too (potato, macaroni, coleslaw) that are, in my opinion, much better than grocery store fare. The store is clean and the staff are friendly and engaging. One day I had a rousing discussion with the manager about "the wall" and another customer joined in, as well, which was fun. This is a full service deli with an old world neighborhood feel to it. It's a little pricier than it's neighbors but I think it's well worth it.

I have been a regular customer of the roasted red pepper for a few years now. But after today's experience I don't think I will go back. While waiting in line I noticed a sign stating $10 minimum on credit cards. So I asked the girl behind a counter if that applied to debit cards as well,(dumb question I kno) so the clerk hesitantly looks over at I presume the owner and ask if it's okay to use a debit card. His response was this, well I guess you're going to have to seeing as though some people don't want to carry cash on them anymore, I'm thinking a lot of people don't carry cash on them anymore and can usually use my card for any amount of money. Like I said I've had pretty good service from the people that work there with the occasional stale sub roll and now that I've tasted the salads I will not be eating at the roasted red pepper it's just a mediocre sandwich using Boar's Head meat I'll be going back to the deli down the road

This is the only place I will ever get a sandwich from. The bread is always fresh and the food is delicious. You will not leave here hungry!

Delicious! Home roasted roast beef...yummy!

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Not once, not twice, but third time visiting location. Thinking my experience would get better with every visit, I am sad to say... not worth it. Just hoping that their poor customer service is not a reflection of their food handling and cleanliness.
